It all started in 2010 when I sadly found out my job which I loved was moving to Mexico, without me of course.

I spent the next six months online looking for a way to make money because there where no jobs where I lived and I wasnt going to relocate unless I was forced to.

Hello, I am Sam. I am 6ft tall about 210 lbs. I love music of all kinds, movies, cooking, and crafting. I love working with my hands. I always have. i have always been able to build anything and fix anything. I am always looking for something to craft and make. I am Very Patriotic and very proud to be a Southerner and an American. I will be until my last breath. I am a rebel. Not in a bad way. But in the best of ways. I like being unique and a little different. I will always stand up for what I believe no matter the what the consequences are. I believe in God - Family - Guns - Country. I want to make America great again. I really do not care who does not like it or what any one thinks about it.

I believe in helping people and want to do what I can to help anyone in real need. I think we should all start in our own towns and communities first so thats what I plan to do. Every thing you spend with Southern OutLaw Jewelry And Gifts will help someone besides me. I will take 10% of all money made and use it to help people in my community that really need a helping hand. I live in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Northeastern North Carolina. In a small County Called Ashe. The  small freindly town of West Jefferson. There are not many full time residents but the tourist pile in and come from all over the world to see our beautiful scenery and country living. It can't be beat. We have a huge hand in the Christmas industry as well with our county being covered with Christmas Trees which ship all over the world. We even supply the White House each years with trees, wreaths, and real garland. Also we have a huge Christmas festival every year in July to celebrate. To put it mildly I love it here.

Ok back to my story. I was looking online for something to do to make money in this small town and come across a horseshoe nail cross project. It all started from there. For a whole year all I made where the horseshoe nail cross necklaces and then started adding more stuff each year till I had a huge array of crafts which you see in my shop today. 

​

I advertised and starting selling enough to pay my bills but never enough to get rich. I am very blessed and thankful for everything that has and is happening in my life. I thank all of you the buyers and my customers and friends who make this all possible.

In June of 2016 I lost my left leg and it looks like I will lose my right leg as well. So this keeps me busy and gives me a means to somewhat support myself which would otherwise be impossible in my current condition. I am not complaining one drop. I am happy and love my life and learn every day a new way to do something that I before thought I couldnt do. This ordeal has taught me many good and wonderful lessons. This has taught me many things about the handicapped community that i would not have ever know or taken the time to know if this hadn't happened to me. So in the midst of all this I feel like I am blessed beyond imagination. I am so very thankful for my family who helps me tremendously every day no matter how tired or busy. I am thankful for you all who buy my stuff and give such good compliments. Without my family and you all none of this would be possible.
